first time being a coach and assistant

my bro got fever already TT (not H1N1)
actually 2day he got class at SJK(C)Kepong 1..
but he can't make it because of the stupid fever...
so..
i go replace him...

when i reach there,
it's 8:02a.m...
(1st time being a coach oso late..)
but never mind actually..
coz only 2 ppl came after i reach there..
so wait 4 more ppl come first lo..
when 8:05a.m..
(although not many people) i start the class..

first give them warm up.
but damn..
most of them also not serious..
never mind..
i'm just replacement..
next week when coach come they can die already..
after that do kickings lo..
same..
nothing special .. not serious also..
just like when coach there teaching..

next..
i lead them to do some revision..
damn they forgot already..
i'm not very familiar though..
lucky i still remember the ending there..
but the names all i don't know ><

then after that i went sinar bintang at 10:30a'm..
replacing my bro as an assistant..
when the beginning..
they do kickings..
i help coach to see and correct their mistakes..
some of them do very fast..
they reach the end before i correct their mistakes...==|||
what they rush for?
aeroplane? or..
their wedding? lolz xD

a guy don't really know how to do it..
coach ask me to teach him beside..
he told me that i need patient teaching him..
when i turn around and look at him..
he already lie on the floor...

this time i really 100% understand what coach means..
kk never mind..
i'll teach him patiently..

after teaching him about 10 minutes..
coach wanna see..
when he practice is ok..
but don't know why when coach wanna see..
he can't do it again..
then coach just say "practice again" n continue teaching other ppl..
k.. i continue mine..
actually i just can tell him how to do it..
the feeling he need to find himself.
then i just stand beside and watch him..
5 minutes later..
coach come and see again..
he want him to show it..
1st time correct!
coach say "again"..
2nd time he think carefully b4 he move..
well done!
"one more time"
"again??"
"ya"
3rd time he also done it well!
"ok.. come practice together with them here"
"yay..!" lol xD

after kickings and jumpings..
they practice san duan changquan and the basics..
my coach handle the san duan changquan's part..
i take the basics..
when i lead them finish their revision,
i teach them ji ben changquan..
nothing special..
just kek shui coz coach suddenly changed a complicated(a bit only actually) move and become easier a bit..
not really like that version..
but really become easy a bit...

in the end..
gave a salute and say good bye xD
